Welcome to Croydon Pétanque Club

We are a sports club who play the French game of Pétanque or you may have heard of it as "French Boules"

We meet in Ashburton Park, Addiscombe, Croydon, by the main car park at the Tenterden Road entrance.

Club Session Times:

Sunday: From 10 am till lunch

Wednesday: From 10 am till lunch

Friday: From 1.45 pm till dusk

Saturday: From 1.45 pm till dusk

We welcome new people of all abilities to come and join us at any of the above sessions.

We will teach you the game and loan you a set of boules while you learn.

OF COMPETING AND WINNING COMPETITIONS, IS THE

GREATEST FEELING YOU WILL GET FOR MANY A YEAR.

THERE IS NO NEED TO BE SUPER FIT, JUST AS LONG AS YOU

DON'T MIND COLD / RAINY DAYS AT TIMES...BUT THEN WE

ALSO HAVE THE PLEASURE OF SUNSHINE MANY TIMES.

SO PLEASE COME ALONG AND GIVE IT A CHANCE.

YOU WILL FIND MANY , MANY OF OUR MEMBERS, ONLY

TO WILLING TO TAKE YOU UNDER THEIR WINGS AND

GIVE YOU SOME EXPERT ADVISE ON PETANQUE.

AGM 20th FEBRUARY 2008

Hello Fellow Members of the club,

Just a quick note to let you know that the AGM went through very

well, and that a copy of the minutes, and other items will be posted

to you all very shortly.

The meeting was very constructive, and a good input by all who

were in attendence.

There were some important changes agreed, details of which will

be sent to or verbal - advise passed onto you all.
